No Singing

A full house at this week at the record club, and the podcast returns. No vocals on any of the music as the theme is "instrumentals." Some nice music and sub-themes all around. Joined this time around by another new member, Chafe Hensley who brought an all Lungfish set with him. Beverly played only traditional music of the Orient, and I brought a bunch of somewhat agitating film music.

Some technological advancements might transpire this week. Brennan should be working some sort of magic on the podcast and there will be chapters and such. And hopefully, Ryan will be bringing a mixer and turntable next week, and we'll have seem-less song play! This will end the need for all the foolish banter, which I'm sure will be missed, but hopefully will make the podcast a more manageable download. We'll be returning next week with vocals and an odd theme that may leave some listeners bewildered, "Record Clubber, this song is for you" (Brennan had a better title, but i forget it). These are songs that will bring to mind the members of the Kzoo Record Club (if you know them). Sounds pretty elitist to me, but it should prove to be an interesting night.
