THEME: Circles & Squares
Tonight Record Club tackled one of the great problems of Classical Geometry. It was a bold undertaking as Kalamazoo found itself in the grips of a midsummer heat wave but everyone did a bang up job interpreting the theme in their own way.
Most everyone chose a preferred shape with a cameo appearance by the other. Aaron chose circle featuring cover art while the Leslie/Pat duo reciprocated with squares and/or rectangles. Erick made Tuaca coladas and Kirsten quite. Actually she's just taking some time off for technical reasons. At least that's what we keep telling ourselves. She will be missed even though "She never liked us anyways so who gives a shit", said Ryan with tears in his eyes.
Next weeks theme is lies. Or lies and the lying liars that tell them. Apparently weather's introduced a little angst this week, or at least a touch of plagiarism.

As an addendum, I stumbled across this the other day.
Squircle
A squircle is a mathematical shape with properties between those of a square and those of a circle. It is a special case of superellipse.
